Hello, I'm Tonia. I work with individuals who have challenges and struggles in the areas of depression, trauma, anger management, anxiety, stress and life changes. Many experience mental and emotional health concerns and all are working toward a life of stability and peace of mind. Becoming stable and balanced in your heart, mind and soul is my goal for you as well as hope and healing. Having an untroubled heart, a peaceful mind, and a joyful soul will be our ultimate goal.
