I work with individuals who have various challenges and struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes and more. Having an untroubled heart, a peaceful mind, and a joyful soul will be our ultimate goal. Open communication is important. You should feel that our sessions are a safe space; no judgement or labels, only working toward hope and healing. My communication style is very reality based, with encouragement, compassion and warmth as well as some humor.
