Thirteen years ago, I found myself struggling with addiction. Through treatment, therapy, and recovery group participation, I was able to rebuild my life and connect with the best parts of myself. I decided to return to school and dedicate my life to helping others in their healing journeys. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use disorders and mental health issues. I am certified in dialectical behavior therapy and passionate about helping clients make positive growth changes. My job is to work myself out of a job by helping people identify and achieve goals.
