I would like to take a moment and commend you on taking the first step toward mental health. It takes a lot of courage to get this far and you are doing great. I am glad you have chosen to share some of your time with me and I look forward to getting to know you. My mission is to support moms in their daily struggles. When we meet, I will invite you to sit and get comfortable. Until then I hope you take this moment to take a breath and recognize you are not alone. I am here for you. I am a professional counselor and registered dance/ movement therapist, but more importantly, I am a mother. I have been where you are. Becoming and being a parent is full of unexpected challenges. It is my honor to help and support you in your journey and help you grow to be the person you want to be. Whether you have postpartum depression, the baby blues, or are struggling to juggle all your kids needs with your own I am here every step of the way to listen, guide, and be there for you.
