Choosing a therapist is no easy task, and with couples therapy it is essential to work with someone trained extensively in the work. Relationships are the core of society and our lives, and yet we are never taught about the basics of communication. Beyond that, I work on what keeps couples from applying the skills. I'm am an active therapist willing to gently challenge problematic thinking and behaviors.
