My biggest goal is to build a positive therapeutic relationship with every client by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to share their struggles. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Social Work Candidate with a focus on strengths-based foundational work and mindfulness techniques. I was awarded a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use, and PTSD. I use humor, reasoning, and compassion to clarify clients' needs, goals, & challenges.
