It’s important to acknowledge that we are all affected by toxic aspects of our culture and many of us operate under different axes of oppression. It’s never too late to reclaim your agency in life. As a trauma-informed therapist and drug counselor, I stress evidence-based approaches to healing. I work to improve outcomes regarding anxiety, depression, and other issues, including the unique ones which affect LGBTQIA+ folk, people in nontraditional relationships. and kinksters. I emphasize self-acceptance, harm reduction, and sex positivity.
