Throughout the course of life we are all faced with adversity, barriers and need guidance in making the right decision. I offer a Holistic Person Centered Therapy approach by blending various theories and modalities. Each therapy session is catered specifically to the individual strengths and weakness. Although we may have similar issues, those issues can affect us in totally different ways. My goal is to use the best therapeutic technique that will best meet my client's individual needs. I want my clients to feel that they matter and that their concerns are my concerns and together I can help them live and enjoy life.
