At Sierra Center for Wellness, we specialize in expert care for people struggling with eating disorders and anxiety disorders. Providing in person services in Sacramento and Rockin and online treatment to residents of California, our practice is dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), obsessive compulsive disorder, and other anxiety disorder. We understand the complexities of these conditions and provide evidence-based treatment to achieve long-term recovery. The services I offer are tailored to your specific needs. You receive specialized treatment while continuing with your day-to-day activities including work or school. In addition, I offer patients and families a variety of services including education classes, support groups, as well as individual and family therapy.
