As a counselor, it is my desire to provide a caring and safe environment where individuals and couples can discuss, explore, and resolve issues of concern in their lives. Areas of concern can be as simple as a feeling of being "stuck", dealing with specific difficulties in life, a desire for more fulfilling relationships, or assistance in navigating a time of change or transition. As a compassionate listener, my practice is based on a Person Centered approach to counseling. I consider each client to have their own unique life story and experiences and tailor my approach to their specific counseling needs, interests, and desires.
