I’m Tony Reyes, Jr., an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Many of the men I work with care deeply about their families but struggle to put words to what they’re feeling or feel pressure to always “hold it together.” I understand how cultural expectations around masculinity and family roles can make emotional expression feel complicated.
