My style is casual and egalitarian. I see us as equals working together to improve the quality of your experience of being alive. In my lucid moments, I am powerfully aware that the causes of our suffering are not our circumstances, but rather how we perceive them and relate to them. Fortunately, these are things we CAN change. Thus my aim as a therapist is to help you change your moment-to-moment a p p r o a c h to being alive, regardless of circumstance. I find that if we truly change our WAY of showing up in the world, our circumstances tend to naturally change along with us.
