In working with clients in psychotherapy, I find it useful first to sort out what's working in their lives from what's not. Then we look at what's not working; be it depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking, compulsive & addictive behavior, and extreme emotional reactions. All of these things can all serve as clues to help us identify and address hidden and unexpressed emotions and experiences. (In addition to treating adults, couples, and adolescents with the more standard therapy issues, I have extensive experience working with the full gamut of sexual topics.)
