Following a short-lived stint in commercial banking after undergrad, I realized I needed to change course. I'm grateful that at age 25 "ignorance was bliss". Life lesson in itself. I grew up in a family of educators and can see now how I am now a high school counselor and licensed clinical social worker in private practice. At the end of the day, I'm grateful for the way my life has unfolded. Having worked in education for 29 years and private practice for 24, I constantly learn and discover new insights about people -the way we tick, the things that motivate us. In many ways we're all a work in progress; myself included.
