First of all, let me say that I respect your decision to seek therapy, it shows emotional health and awareness. I believe that therapy is a tool to guide people to obtain the skills to be emotionally successful in their lives. I have extensive experience working with adults that grew up in families with addiction, personality disorders, and trauma. I work with adults that struggle establishing or maintaining healthy relationships due to this experience. I will help you break the negative cycles of re-enactment.
