Hello, I am Tonya! I am excited you are reading my bio. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, school-based mental health professional, clinical supervisor, wife, and mother of 2. I work with children, adolescents, and parents who need support in navigating the day-to-day and set goals for a fulfilling life. My approach to therapy focuses primarily on connection whether working with children or adolescent clients or their parents. When we have strong connections to others, we are more likely to take risks and stretch ourselves to grow in ways that allow us to live our best lives.
