I enjoy working with adults of all ages as well as high school aged students. I also work with couples and families. I specialize in trauma informed care utilizing EMDR treatment and trauma-focused CBT approaches while also incorporating DBT skills training and IFS techniques. I am also experienced in helping individuals who have co-occurring substance use and addition issues.
