My 27 years of experience as a therapist continues to humble me on a daily basis. The most emotionally courageous people I know are my clients; those willing to navigate and overcome their traumas, manage and eventually master their anxious minds, or overcome the burden of depression. My clinical areas of specialty are Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, and Relational Issues. I particularly enjoy my work with woman navigating life stressors unique to their personal journey and relationship to Self and others. Treatment modalities utilized in my practice are rooted in the latest psychological research and best practice models of care with the goal of helping clients understand how their emotional experiences and thought patterns are linked to their life span development, previous traumas and current lifestyle choices.
