Hi. My name is Tonya Lindsley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Oregon; as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. It can be intimidating and daunting to take the first steps to begin therapy. How courageous you are to be here. I am here to work alongside you as a support and to help you recognize and find your inner strengths and find a path to living life as a healthier and happier version of yourself. I utilize several therapy approaches but Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my most often used approach. I am excited to begin working with you on this journey.
