I specialize in trauma recovery and deep emotional healing. Most of my clients suffer from C/PTSD and have found themselves stuck in a loop of feeling emotionally overwhelmed to the other extreme of numbing out completely. In the world of trauma, people, places and situations get distorted and there is no place that feels safe, especially within your own body. Trauma also comes at a great cost: grief from time that has been lost, the loss of Self and how it impacts relationships. It is not easy to heal from the impacts of trauma and the first critical step is finding a therapist who is highly specialized in trauma healing.
