My practice is centered on understanding you; your past, your identity, your beliefs and values, and how it informs your current story. I take time to develop a strong therapeutic connection in order to understand fully. I have a deep passion for wanting to serve marginalized communities. Especially, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ community, and 1st/2nd+ generation of immigrants. I enjoy working with people pleaser, the overthinkers, the perfectionists. As well as inner-child healing, deeping intuition, resentment, black and white thinking. I am comfortable balancing gentleness & directness so that you feel heard while still moving towards change
