My approaches to counseling are known as the cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach. I believe that when you begin to change your thinking, you can begin to change your life. Counseling is a process, and it will take some work from both you and me. My goal is to build a professional counseling relationship with you as my client. I am a firm believer that counseling is a journey and is not something that is just based on the techniques and modalities that we learn, but I believe that it is a holistic journey that should be driven by the client.
