My ideal client is a pre-teen, teen, or adult struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, identity confusion, trauma, school/work stress, sadness or burnout. They feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of who they are. They want relief from emotional heaviness, confidence in their voice, and a sense of direction. Their goal is to feel seen, build resilience, and regain control of their life. Deep down, they are seeking healing, clarity, and the courage to become who they were meant to be.
