My vision is to let people know there is a place where they can be heard, while being empowered and uplifted. My work focuses on helping my clients identify their strengths and teaching them tools to help not only cope, but also heal. I use a therapeutic process that focuses on my clients' needs and goals; along with evidence-based practices to help my clients resolve their issues and renew their lives.
