Dp you find yourself wanting a more confident and empowered lifestyle? I have worked with teens and adults of all ages who are taking steps towards positive change. As your therapist, I will work to uplift and provide you with the support (gentle, but firm) that you need to get started on the life you deserve! My approach is gentle and relational. I want you to feel that you can be your authentic self without judgement or worry. With a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, my goal is to enlighten you about experiences that have impacted your current behavior while providing you the tools and space to make change.
