I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Grief Educator, and an LGBTQ+ ally who works from a perspective of cultural humility. I work with clients navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, perinatal and women’s health concerns, relationship and couples stressors, major life transitions, and a variety of other mental health concerns.
