I work with people in all phases of life with a desire to work through transitions, explore within themselves, and enhance their relationships. Life stressors can impact each of us in different ways, and I believe that working with a therapist you trust empowers you to make changes, shift your mindset, or sit at peace with challenges. I also provide clinical supervision for fellow LCSWs, LMSWs, and mental health counselors in New York State.
