Hi! I'm Tori & I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor at Tides of Mind in Southington. While therapy itself can feel intimidating, even overwhelming, my approach is to create a space for you to share at your own pace & comfort level while we embrace humor, creativity & allow this experience to be your own. I specialize in supporting those facing various challenges, including anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, life transitions, and stress. I have a passion for helping women, elderly and adolescent populations managing life’s stressors, perfectionism & learning how to prioritize self-care.
