I work from a person-centered approach, which means our work is guided by your experiences, your needs, and your goals. While I welcome clients with a wide range of concerns, I have a special passion for perinatal and postpartum counseling. Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring up emotions that feel confusing, heavy, or unexpected—anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, identity shifts, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.
