My goal is to help you live your best life by identifying and challenging established patterns of behaving, feeling, and thinking that are interfering with your growth and well-being. I believe that therapy is for everyone and also understand that everyone’s story and experiences are unique. As such, my approach encompasses a broad variety of therapeutic techniques, ranging from traditional talk therapy to creative arts therapy to DBT, in order to meet my clients where they are. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space as we work together to create meaningful change.
