I specialize in collaborating with women (trans & non-binary inclusive) to help them grow in self-compassion and gain freedom from anxiety and trauma. I particularly enjoy supporting grad students, young professionals and queer and questioning folks as well as helping people of faith process changes in their beliefs and/or religious trauma. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed and centered on your lived experience.
