As a daughter, sister, aunt, and woman, my passion lies within the realms of reproductive mental health and women’s issues. Despite its importance, perinatal mental health is often neglected, which can leave one feeling scared, anxious, and alone. In these moments, it is essential to have a support who can sit with you in the discomfort.
