I believe change can be easy! It doesn't have to be difficult or unnerving. I work with professional women of color navigating the weight of chronic anxiety—often rooted in imposter syndrome, identity conflict, or the pressure to perform in spaces that were never built with them in mind. Beneath the surface many carry self-doubt, exhaustion, and the quiet fear of being “found out.” Using ACT, DBT, and radical acceptance, we explore the deeper layers of identity, values, and emotional resilience. This work helps clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, build meaningful coping tools, and redirect their negative patterns.
