About

I am a Master’s-level clinical social worker and therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families across community, medical, educational, and residential settings. As a BIPOC gentleman, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding of how culture, identity, systemic inequities, and power dynamics can shape mental health, relationships, and access to care. My work is grounded in advocacy, equity and a commitment to helping clients feel seen, respected and supported—especially those who have felt marginalized, misunderstood or underserved within tradition. My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and structured. I provide a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach that honors each client’s identity, values, and lived experiences. I understand how racism, intergenerational trauma, masculinity expectations, and systemic stressors can impact emotional well-being.
