Our mental health is no less vital than our physical health, but one area many of us choose to ignore. Often, we become out of balance with our emotions, career and relationships. We may lose a sense of control and only hope to numb the pain. Although life can feel complicated, what isn't complicated is our need to feel loved, respected and that we matter. We will face your challenges and develop realistic and achievable goals. Our focus will be on your thoughts and beliefs as they affect your emotions and behaviors.
