You’ve learned how to push through, lead, and succeed, even while carrying old wounds from trauma, emotional neglect, unhealthy relationships, or seasons where you had to be “the strong one.” From the outside, it looks like you’re doing well. Inside, you may feel unseen, emotionally guarded, or unsure how to fully rest or receive love. I specialize in working with high-achieving people, especially Black women, entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals, who want a space where they don’t have to perform, prove, or stay guarded.
