I am Tosha Sweet, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to helping people manage difficult emotions, gain greater understanding about themselves, and develop skills that promote healthy communication with important people in their lives. I have experience working with clients who experience mood and anxiety disorders, co-occurring substance use disorders, Bipolar and Schizophrenia spectrum disorders. I am client-centered and a highly collaborative therapist. I take an eclectic approach drawing upon clinical strategies from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques.
