I am committed to supporting people as they access the strength within to deal with life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, anger and difficult relationships. More and more I see people who are also dealing with stress in their work and family lives. With experience in ministry and counseling, I hope to bring a unique perspective to the therapy I do with individuals, couples, adolescents and families. If you find yourself seeking balance, meaning or direction in your life, finding the needed support is essential.
