My areas of clinical interest include the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental/attachment wounding. I also welcome those who are looking for some extra support in whatever they are facing in life or are otherwise seeking to deepen their self-awareness and improve their overall sense of well-being. I aim to facilitate clients in accessing their own internal wisdom and connecting with their authentic Self, using an approach which is empathetic, non-pathologizing, strength based, and collaborative.
