Knowledge of self is the core of complete education. My role of facilitator is to recognize and identify your "gifts" (interests, talents, motivations etc.) so that you can apply your knowledge of self on your life journey. I am culturally sensitive and have worked with diverse populations across various ages, cultural groups and orientations. I have utilized psychotherapy for 10+ years as a means to reduce/eliminate numerous disorders (such as Depression, Anxiety, etc.).
