As a therapist for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of treating children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I currently provide therapy to adolescents (16 and up) and through the adult life span who are struggling with emotional and mental health challenges associated with a multitude of situational and chronic stressors that often lead to feeling "stuck", overwhelmed or paralyzed. Often, painful isolation, feeling misunderstood and hopelessness can creep in. Having a positive connection with a therapist is a path way to promoting hope, growth and healing.
