Initiating therapy is a courageous and vulnerable step. For many who have experienced trauma, addiction, and relational issues in their past, this can be an intense experience. I will work closely with you to understand your individual circumstances and needs. Together, we will build a plan that honors your journey of healing. As a therapist, I will work to provide a safe space and act as a guide as you build insight and explore new ways of living. My goal is to promote healing from within, shift pervasive beliefs that no longer serve you, and help you explore and uncover attunement to your purpose and sense of self.
