I specialize in working with individuals around issues of grief and loss (death and non-death losses: divorce, relationship changes, life transitions, estrangement, adoption, chronic and terminal illnesses) and anxiety. Through my many years working with bereaved children, adolescents, and adults, I have learned that we all grieve our losses in our own way and in our own time. In an attempt to create a refuge from the cultural pressure “to move on,” I strive to offer a welcoming, nurturing, and safe space for you to grieve your losses, to find hope and connection, and to discover ways to heal and to grow.
