Many of my clients are children, teens, or adults who feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, or big life changes. They may be struggling with confidence, relationships, or finding healthy ways to cope with strong emotions. Others are working through the impact of trauma and want a safe, supportive space to share their experiences. Some simply want to better understand themselves or learn new ways to manage daily challenges. Often, they are looking for relief from feeling stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed, and want to feel more connected, hopeful, and in control of their life.
