If one area is being affected the others will be affected as well. I help people look at areas in their lives where they feel stuck and help to create movement in those areas. Using the client's expertise in their own lives I help guide them in creating new, more meaningful and beneficial patterns in their lives. In turn this helps them to reach their full potential.
