Have you and/or your partner lost a pregnancy to stillbirth? Losing a baby is absolutely devastating. Many move through their days while holding pain that feels too heavy to explain and too quiet for others to notice. I know this loss first hand and it is definitely more trauma than grief related. This is a unique loss that not everyone understands and far fewer speak about. Getting through the trauma without help seems impossible. I would be honored to walk along side of you. Through our work together, you will begin to feel steadier and more able to find your new normal. Grief work is an extremely personal and unique to each person. I won't tell you how to grieve. Using Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients speak openly about their child, their trauma, and the emotions they carry without feeling rushed or judged.
