I work with people who have a difficult time getting out of their heads and feel stuck. They are often doing everything for others but can't seem to do the same for themselves. Many of my clients feel burnt out or overwhelmed by work or family obligations and find therapy very useful. If you want to start being more present in your daily life and feel more connected, I can help. I assist people who aren't really sure if they need support, but something in them is telling them that something is off and they should talk to someone.
