About

My passion in counseling is to create a relationship built on safety, trust, and hope, where people feel accepted and challenged to grow in new and meaningful ways. I consider it a privilege to be able to walk with someone through their fears and hurts, and help them to experience healing and restoration. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified clinical supervisor. Much of my work involves working with a diverse population in a state psychiatric hospital setting. I also have a strong history of providing academic instruction to graduate students at both Rutgers University School of Social Work and Aurora University. I have worked with a diverse group of clients and is highly experienced working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, retirement planning , infidelity, stress and anger management
