I specialize in helping detangle you from your anxiety, and help people walk away with skills to experience calm and peace. My clients often set goals and achieve them with the right support. I offer EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) for clients who continue to have PTSD-like symptoms after traumatic event(s). It is an honor to walk alongside those who have been stuck, and help free them from what has kept them captive.
