My passion lies in guiding people through the healing process in non-traditional ways. Rather than relying solely on talk therapy, I incorporate various experiential modalities like Rapid Resolution Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Brainspotting, NLP, NeuroEmotional Technique (NET), and mindfulness practices to facilitate change. With over two decades of experience, I specialize in counseling for adolescents and young adults, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, and women's issues. As an LPC-S, CAS, NCC, ADS, and EEM-CP, I offer a range of services with a focus on energy-based approaches like visualization, somatic techniques, breathwork, energy medicine exercises and regression therapy. For those interested, AcuDetox/AcuWellness, Brain Tap, and NeuralChek can be included in our sessions and extended sessions can be booked in advance.
